How to get a new card

If your card has been lost or misplaced, it’s crucial to ensure its closure for security reasons.

If your situation requires a new card but closure isn’t necessary, reach out to your Kela office.

Once the process is initiated, your new card will be issued and sent to you. The new PIN will be delivered in a separate letter after the card.
