We understand the frustration when your card doesn’t cooperate. Before reaching out to your reception centre, consider these steps to streamline the troubleshooting process:

Details Matter: When describing the issue, provide as much detail as possible. The more information you share, the quicker we can pinpoint the problem.

Terminal Troubles: Is your card misbehaving at a payment terminal, an ATM, or both? Confirm whether it works in one but not the other, helping us understand the scope of the issue.

PIN and Chip Check: When was the last time you used the PIN and chip for a transaction? There are security measures in place, and if you’ve had several consecutive contactless transactions, it might be time for a PIN and chip transaction. We recommend trying this method if your card is not cooperating.

Balance Verification: Ensure your card has sufficient funds for the transaction. You can conveniently check your balance in MyPortal or in a Nosto ATM.
