Lost card. What to do.
If you’ve misplaced your card or, worse, it was stolen, don’t worry – we’ve got you covered. Here’s what you should do:
- Temporarily Block the Card (If Unsure):
Please contact your Rise office as soon as possible.
They can temporarily block your card.
Feeling lucky? If you find your card, your Rise office can remove the temporary block and you can carry on as usual. - Permanently Close the Card (If Confirmed Lost or Stolen):
Reach out to our Card Blocking service at 09 61500115 for assistance.
Important note: Closing the card won’t automatically summon a replacement. For that, you’ll need to get in touch with your Rise office to order a new card. Alternatively, you can contact your office directly, explain the situation and they will close your card and issue a new one.
Losing a card can be stressful, but we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible. Your security is our priority, and we appreciate your prompt action in these situations.
