Do you need help with your PIN?

  1. My PIN is locked. What should I do?

    If you’ve entered your PIN incorrectly multiple times and your card is locked, don’t worry – there’s a simple solution. Head to any Nosto ATM and either withdraw money or make a balance inquiry. We recommend confirming that you have the correct PIN, which was initially in the same envelope with your card.

    Once you’ve verified the correct PIN, follow the steps mentioned earlier at the ATM. If, for any reason, this doesn’t resolve the issue, or if you’re unable to check the correct PIN, please reach out to Tuomioistuinlaitos. They can assist in unblocking your card or, if necessary, close your current card and create you a new one with a fresh PIN code. They’ll also advise you where you can retrieve the new card and PIN.
  2. I can’t remember my PIN. What should I do?

    No need to panic if you can’t recall your PIN. Simply get in touch with Tuomioistuinlaitos. They can promptly close your existing card and create a new one, complete with a brand-new PIN. They’ll also advise you where you can retrieve the new card and PIN.
  3. Where can I find my PIN?

    Your PIN is was in the same envelope with your card. Take a look at the letter inside this envelope, and you should find it there. If you don’t have the letter,  simply get in touch with Tuomioistuinlaitos. They can promptly close your existing card and create a new one, complete with a brand-new PIN.
