Lost Card. What to do. 

If you’ve misplaced your card or, worse, it was stolen, don’t worry – we’ve got you covered. Here’s what you should do:

Permanently Close the Card:

Reach out to our Card Blocking service at 09 61500115​ for assistance.

Important note: Closing the card won’t automatically summon a replacement. For that, you’ll need to get in touch with your Tuomioistuinlaitos office to receive a new card. Please agree with the office on how and when you can pick up your new card.
