Here&#8217;s what you should do:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Temporarily Block the Card (If Unsure):<\/strong><br><br>Head over to MyPortal, your trusty companion in managing your card affairs.<br><br>You can temporarily block your card through MyPortal (check out our user manual <a href=\"https:\/\/elsprepaid.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/ELS_Prepaid_MyPortal_user_manual_EN.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>).<br><br>Feeling lucky? If you find your card, you can easily remove the temporary block and carry on as usual.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Permanently Close the Card (If Confirmed Lost or Stolen):<\/strong><br><br>Certain your card is playing hide and seek or has fallen into the wrong hands? Swift action is key!<br><br>Visit MyPortal promptly and proceed to permanently close the card (instructions can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/elsprepaid.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/ELS_Prepaid_MyPortal_user_manual_EN.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>).<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Can&#8217;t Access MyPortal? No worries:<\/strong><br><br>Reach out to our Card Blocking service at 09 61500115\u200b for assistance.<br><br>Important note: Closing the card won&#8217;t automatically summon a replacement. For that, you&#8217;ll need to get in touch with your reception centre to order a new card.<br><br>Losing a card can be stressful, but we&#8217;re here to make the process as smooth as possible.
